Being born in Rhineland Pfalz, Germany, and growing up hearing stories from my parents of the amazing Bavarian cheesecake they had there, I was always disappointed with the quality of cheesecake that we were able to purchase in grocery stores and restaurants.

One year, as a teenager, I received a recipe book focusing on making German Cheesecakes as a gift. I just loved making them and have been doing so ever since. I am passionate about making the most decadent and delicious cheesecakes you can find.
